This Philadelphia native has spent the last 10 years honing his craft around the world. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Leland has cooked alongside some of the world's premier chefs for events ranging from local charity events to globally recognized cooking competitions. Leland says his favorite part of cooking is discovering new and exciting ingredients and ways to utilize their beauty. When Leland is not working he enjoys golfing, relaxing at a local brewery, and spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their dog, Cotty.
Kyle elkins | Sommelier
Originally from Michigan, Kyle has worked in the restaurant industry for the last 15 years. He has Traveled and worked in many cities across the country, from the Midwest to Colorado. A certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, he has worked in the finest restaurants that Cincinnati has to offer. His passion for wine and hospitality is the perfect compliment to the team at Occam Dining. Outside of the food and wine world, Kyle performs with his band Young Heirlooms, based in Cincinnati, as well as performing with local orchestras around Ohio and Kentucky.
